The Robert Richards, Esq. law firm is a general civil practice law firm which means the firm does not provide any work as an attorney in the area of criminal law.  As a lawyer, Robert Richards is accepting referrals and legal work in:

• Guardianship as Petitioning attorney or Guardian ad litem
• Real Estate Law
• Business formation, e.g., LLC or corporations
• Contracts and collections
• Business or labor law,
• Domestic relations law,
• Appeals or appellate work in both the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court, and
• Administrative hearings before state agencies, including Disciplinary Board proceedings.

Robert Richards, Esq. is also a real estate broker and has been licensed to broker real estate since 1988.  He is the qualified broker of RGRGroup, LLC, a local real estate office handling real estate through referrals.  Robert Richards in a member of the local Multiple Listing System and the Santa Fe Board of Realtors.
